1. Its Easy! Enter your Occupancy and Contact Information in the Calendar below.
(Required Information:  Number in your party # Adults # Children, E-mail address, First and Last Name, Phone Number, Select Arrival and Departure dates then click Calculate Your Stay.  If you are using a promotional code you will need to just do an inquiry.   We will adjust your quote and send you a new invoice.
2. Or if you agree with the Calculated Cost of your Stay, you can read the Rental Agreement and then Click yes to BOOK It NOW! 
3.  To proceed with the Booking, check the Box  that you have read and agreed to the Contract.
4. Enter Your Contact Information.
5. Use your credit card to pay the 50% down payment (that will include a 3% credit card transaction fee) required to process your payment. Or you can use your PayPal account. 
6. We will then send you full confirmation of your reservation for the dates requested.

Additional Information About Rental Rates:

  • Reservation Deposit of 50% is required at time of Booking.
  • 50% Deposit includes Rental Rate and the Security Deposit Waiver of $59.
  • Rental Rates are in U.S. Dollars and we do have a 5 night minimum stay.
  • Our Villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 Adults plus 2 children in 4 large bedrooms.
  • We also have available 2 Twin-size Electric E-Z beds and will reserve upon request.
  • A month before your arrival date you will receive a payment reminder for the remaining 50% payment that will be due 15 days before your arrival. If Booking is within 30 days of your Arrival, the full amount will be due.
  • Cancellations: You have the right to cancel your reservation.  Reservations cancelled thirty (30) days prior to check-in date will be fully refunded.  If cancellation occurs within 30 days before check-in, reservation is non-refundable. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. No refunds for early check-outs.
